Product Description

Operate:

1. （1）Open power switch and turn into working condition preset by manufacturer.

（2）Press 【▲】【▼】to adjust temperature..

（3）Press 【SET】to check output percent..

（4）Press 【SET】to check output electricity.

（5）Press 【MODE】to switch automatic, manual and standby mode.

（6）Manual mode: press 【▲】【▼】to adjust output percent.

（7）Restore factory setting: press 【MODE】whilst holding the 【SET】to power off, reboot can restore factory setting.

（8）Automatic mode: operating mode in generally working condition, the controller control the temperature in accordance with setting temperature.

（9）Manual mode: in particular cases (such as thermocouple fault), can provide appropriately output setting to switch to manual mode and maintain equipments operation until correct the fault. Press 【MODE】one minute to start manual mode, press 【▲】【▼】to adjust output percent.

（*0）Soft start mode: A. Prevent the heater strip wetted, and the heater will be damaged by over electricity. The heater strip is dehumidifier by using soft start mode (dehumidifier) function in low voltage condition.

B. Test thermocouples and heaters in low electricity when starting up.

Menu setting: press 【MODE】twice, one minute per time and enter into standby mode, the standby indicator lights up. Then, press SET key to start menu setting.

（1）Menu set by user

l Press 【SET】to start menu.

l Press 【SET】parameter of the layer.

l Use 【▲】【▼】to switch parameters.

l Press【MODE】to save and log out menu when complete setting.

l The menu page is shown on PV screen; setting number is shown on SV screen.

PG1	Thermocouple type choice.
	press【▲】to choose J-type thermocouple, SV shows J. press【▼】 to choose K-type thermocouple, SV shows K. press【SET】to go to next page or press【MODE】to save and log out menu.
PG2	Set temperature unit.
	press【▲】to choose Celsius as temperature unit, SV shows C. press【▼】 to choose Fahrenheit as temperature unit, SV shows F press【SET】to go to next page or press【 MODE 】to save and log out menu
PG3	Set high temperature alarm.
	When temperature is higher than set, high temperature alarm will start, PV screen will show H I and sound alarm call. At the same time cut off output. press【▲】【▼】to set the number with **9. The factory value is 0. press【SET】to go to next page or press【 MODE 】to save and log out menu
PG4	Set low temperature alarm.
	When temperature is lower than set, low temperature alarm will start, PV screen will show L O and sound alarm call. At the same time cut off output. press【▲】【▼】 to set the number with **0. The factory value is 0.。 press【SET】to go to next page or press【 MODE 】to save and log out menu
PG5	Set soft start mode output time.
	press【▲】【▼】to set the soft start tome with **0min, factory value is 4 min . the actual temperature reach or over 3°C//**0°F, it will enter into【automatic mode】，soft start function won’t work any longer. Don’t change soft start mode ratio without special circumstances. press【SET】to go to next page or press【 MODE 】to save and log out menu
